TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Silk & Art is committed to a customer-friendly replacement policy. Should you have any reason to return the products you have bought from us due to faulty workmanship or materials, we will replace the items in question as well as refund the return shipping costs (by surface mail) you have incurred.

All payments on the Silk & Art website are made by cheque or money transfer (bank transfer). We do not receive or store any credit card details of our customers. Upon receipt of full invoice amount, we undertake to prepare your order according to your specifications.

As each item is specifically made to order, we undertake to despatch your ordered goods within 28 days. This period may be longer due to the scope of the artwork in question regarding commissions. When you place your order with us, we will give you an indication of despatch date. When your goods are ready for despatch, you will receive a call from us telling you when to expect courier delivery.

Our preferred method of delivery is by courier as this is trackable and fast. We give you the option to select normal post. However, we cannot give any guarantee of delivery dates, since this is out of our control.
