My name is Fiona Stolze and I’m the artist behind the silk wearables and mandala wall art you can see on these pages. I’m self taught and have developed my style over the past 18 years.
I love really vibrant colours and movement in my images and enjoy exploring different techniques, especially batik in more recent times, sharing each step in my blog as I go.
I’d love you to browse the different categories of my work and see what sort of projects I’ve been working on over the years. I’ve included an extensive slideshow as well as an animated video of a selection of my mandala images.
My repertoire includes colourful bespoke silk scarves and shawls, rainbow coloured silk wall hangings for your sacred space, bright stretched and embellished silk mandala pictures on chunky frames, commissioned personalised mandala paintings, chakra wall hangings and many more items. Make sure you visit my silk shop to see the full range.
More recently I have explored creating bespoke silk yardage so if there is anything at all you would love me to create for you, please contact me at info@silkandart.com and I’ll be sure to respond swiftly and set things in motion for you.
Many of you know that I offer personalised oracle readings and now I use my own self-published mandala oracle deck. It’s called ‘A Sea of Calm’ and you can find more details here: Mandala Oracle Deck
So be sure to click on the various tabs along the top of this page to see the full range of products and services I offer.
And don’t forget you can follow me on the Silk & Art Facebook page or take a look at my Silk & Art Etsy store.
For a wide selection of posts covering silk painting and matters spiritual, check out my blog at ‘Inspired Art and Living‘.
Please contact me if there is anything at all you’d like to discuss with me and we’ll look at the different ways to make it happen for you. I hope you enjoy visiting my site. Please be sure to leave me any comments or feedback if you feel moved to do so.
Many thanks and enjoy your day.
Blessings

Dear Fiona, you are an inspiration! I have enjoyed reading you blogs, and see that you are not as active this year as you were in the past 2 years. I hope that you are well.
Your work is wonderfully vibrant and your instructions are enormously helpful.
I am also hoping to arrange a workshop with you in 2016.
Kind regards
Bernie Rowen-Ross
Hi Bernie – thanks for your feedback and lovely to hear you’ve been enjoying my posts. Yes, I have been quite quiet over the past 2 years but have often thought of adding a post. I am well and have been quite busy. This year we moved over to Canada so I am probably a bit far away for workshops right now. I’m guessing you are based in the UK. I have also been thinking of offering some online options and even individualised Skype sessions but that probably wouldn’t happen before the beginning of May or June as I am currently studying again.
Warm wishes
Fiona
